Never got into Hole. Nirvana–that was something else. I miss Kurt. I have drugs. I could buy this book if it is honestly written. So many glaze over. The title alone interest me.
What a typo! Should’ve been I HATE drugs!
Whoa — that casts a different light on things, J.D.; I thought maybe you were sending out invitations.
If I had caught wind of this a little earlier, I might’ve gone. More to hear Melissa Auf der Maur, I admit, but I would still have gotten a taste of the book that way.
If it’s your book, Betsy, congratulation!
There has been some very fine poetry written and mixed with music. And some wild stuff, too. Hole was a band that had something to say. An evening with Eric Erlandson and Melissa Auf der Maur should be very interesting and the Union Square setting sounds ideal.
she didn’t even ask me once
she just stood on tip-toes and kissed me
How about that? Earlier today, I was telling my girl about when Hole played in Pittsburgh, PA and someone told me about it very, very last minute and I ran up to my dorm, which was on the highest hill on campus. I had just eaten awful college food and when I came back down, not only had my ride for/to the show left, but I was paralyzed with cramps. I don’t blame Courtney…or Eric.
Hey, I wrote a book. If you would like, help me get it published.
Thanks.
