The A List

Got one for the Asshole File today, a real doozy. I wish I could reprint the letter here, but that would be CAREER SUICIDE. I’ve heard from some readers that they’re starting their own A-hole Files, inspired by an earlier post on this very blog. Do you people have any idea how happy you make me?

  1. Come on, post it, please! I need a laugh today. Isn’t career suicide a livable risk for the sake of readers who’ve had a shitty day?

  2. A Hole phone calls echo in my rejected writer head. When they put it in writing you gotta quote it.

  3. There used to be a very amusing blog that collected rejection letters and blanked out the rejectee’s name and posted them. I can’t remember what it was called and I don’t know if it’s still going. It served a very important social purpose, I think.
